Strangeways Brewing charges the applicable sales tax rate for items shipped to Virginia. For items shipped outside of Virginia, the appropriate sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping & Handling
Strangeways Brewing accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
At this time, Strangeways Brewing ships merchandise to locations within the United States.
We email a confirmation that an order has been received and email a tracking number when the order has been shipped.
We email or call when an order is out of stock.
Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date on the receipt.
All clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
We will pay the shipping cost to return items only if the return is the result of our error. We will not be responsible for any damages or lost items during their return.
Returns should be in prepaid, traceable packages.
If a cancellation takes place before an item has shipped, we will refund the order. If the item has already shipped customer is responsible for return shipping.
Gift cards will not be refunded.
