Calypsopalooza is a single-hop variation of our house IPA here in Fredericksburg. Palooza. Solely and intensely dry-hopped with Calypso hops, this IPA has a pilsner/wheat base, with loads of oats to soften the mouthfeel. Very low bitterness with flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, pears and grapefruit rind.
