This session IPA was brewed with pale and wheat malt and hopped in the kettle with Nelson and Pacific Gem. We shuffled a truckload of Nelson, Pacific Gem and El Dorado hops in the tank for dry hopping a total of three times. You’ll pick up on huge aromas of grape must, stone fruit and pear — and think of the warm days ahead.
