As the candy starts hitting the shelves we were inspired to make a brew with our brewer’s favorite candy items. We started on this Sour Ale by added tons of cotton candy, but that wasn’t enough. Pounds and pounds of jelly beans were melted down and added to the mix. The final touch was adding Blue Razzberry to the concoction to great the ultimate easter beverage. Once this spring time potion was at its height of flavor, out of the fermenters arose the Sapphire Robot, this sour and sweet brew is balanced to hit all your tastebuds at once. It might just be the easter egg everyone is looking for!
